Effective September 28, 2026. This policy describes how Fenwell handles information collected through mymarwell.com and when people request help from us.
Who we are
Fenwell helps people explore whether an independent attorney, licensed representative, or other professional may be appropriate for their situation. Fenwell is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to hello@mymarwell.com.
Information we collect
When the request form is available, we collect the name, email address, phone number, general topic selected, and the fact that the calling-consent checkbox was selected. Our systems may also record the submission time and technical information needed to operate and secure the site, such as IP address, browser details, and request logs. If someone contacts us directly, we may receive the information they choose to provide. Please do not send Social Security numbers, medical records, or detailed health information through the form.
How we use information
We use information to review requests, contact people about the topic they selected, determine whether a professional may be relevant, facilitate an introduction if appropriate, respond to questions and privacy requests, keep records of consent and preferences, prevent abuse, and maintain and improve the site. We do not use a request about one topic as permission to call about unrelated offers. An attorney or representative decides independently whether to accept a matter.
Calls and consent
When a person affirmatively selects the consent checkbox and submits a request, Fenwell may call the number provided about the selected topic using automated technology or an AI-generated voice, as disclosed on the form. Consent is not a condition of purchasing anything. Consent can be withdrawn by telling Fenwell to stop during a call or emailing hello@mymarwell.com. We will honor applicable opt-out requests. A request to Fenwell does not, by itself, authorize an unnamed professional to make unrelated marketing calls.
When information is shared
We use PeakSend to receive and manage request information and related calling activity, and Cloudflare to host and protect this site. We may disclose limited information to an independent professional when an introduction is appropriate and the person agrees to it. Those professionals are responsible for their own services and privacy practices. We may also share information with vendors that operate our systems under appropriate agreements, or when required by law, to protect rights, or to address fraud and security. Fenwell may be compensated for introductions; this does not guarantee an outcome or create an attorney-client relationship.
Retention and security
We retain information only as reasonably needed to handle requests, maintain consent and opt-out records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect our services. Retention periods vary by record type and applicable law; some telemarketing compliance records may need to be retained for at least five years. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service is perfectly secure.
Choices and privacy requests
People may ask to access, correct, or delete their information, or opt out of future contact, by emailing hello@mymarwell.com. We may need to verify a request and may retain information when legally required, including opt-out and compliance records. Depending on where a person lives, additional privacy rights may apply; we will respond as required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against anyone for exercising applicable privacy rights.
Children and external sites
This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly solicit information from children. Links to external sites or independent professionals are governed by their own privacy practices.
Updates
